Food, Kids, Allergies and Hong Kong

This is the third post on a series of posts on our last trip to Hong Kong. My son is allergic to nuts and both kids are not that adventurous with food, so we had some challenges coming to a city that serves nuts and nut related products everywhere! READER BEWARE: You might be hungry if you keep reading!!!!! HIT: Midnight Feasts - There are kiosks like this (this one was very busy) that sells all kids of snacks. Just give it a try!!! The kids loved it and aside from a little prayer for no nut reaction, we never had any issues! We tried this FRIED beef giant wiener...interesting concept! HIT: Take them to a REAL Market - We took them to a real market at 8 AM on our way for breakfast on the first morning (Since everyone is jet lagged). It was a great 'trip' and it was not busy because the merchants were just setting up. They got to see and smell lots of things HIT: Get some fresh fruit (not from the supermarket)...
